Reconditioned or remanufactured
You will see both words on our site. They describe the same work: the injector is completely rebuilt and worn parts are replaced, rather than just cleaned.
What we do to every injector
- Complete disassembly.
- Ultrasonic cleaning.
- Inspection of all internal components under a microscope.
- Replacement of worn parts, such as nozzles, control valves and seals, with high-quality components.
- Final calibration on test benches.
- A bench test on Hartridge and Bosch equipment before dispatch.
You get a full diagnostic report showing flow rates, backleak and response times. We rebuild injectors from all major brands, including Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Continental/Siemens.
Can diesel injectors be repaired?
Yes. A worn injector does not have to be thrown away. Worn nozzles, control valves and seals can be replaced, and the injector is calibrated on the bench afterwards. A bench test shows which of your injectors need work and which are fine.
Exchange, or repair of your own injectors
We work on an exchange basis, or we repair your own units. On an exchange you receive a reconditioned injector and your old injector becomes the core. A refundable core deposit applies. If you would rather keep your own injectors, ask us about repair.
Coding
New IMA, ISA, C2i and C3i codes are generated where applicable. Every reconditioned injector comes with its own code, which your mechanic enters into the engine computer with a diagnostic tool. The full story is in injector coding explained.
Used injectors with test confirmation
We also supply used (second-hand) injectors with test confirmation. Used injectors come with a 30-day start-up warranty. Reconditioned injectors come with a 12-month warranty.
Warranty and price
Reconditioned injectors carry a 12-month warranty with no mileage limit. Reconditioning is typically significantly cheaper than buying new OEM injectors, and you still get a tested unit with a warranty.
