2. What we sell
We remanufacture and sell reconditioned diesel fuel injectors, high-pressure fuel pumps, starter motors, alternators, and transfer cases, each tested on genuine manufacturer-approved equipment before dispatch.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you order confirmation. We currently accept Revolut Pay online; other payment methods may be offered from time to time and will be shown at checkout. All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT; a VAT invoice is issued with every order.
4. Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail (Special Delivery or tracked/signed-for service, depending on what you choose at checkout). Free local collection from our Coventry unit is also available. We ship within the UK and to the EU; if you're ordering from elsewhere, please contact us first to confirm we can deliver to you.
5. Core-exchange deposit
Our reconditioned units are sold on an exchange basis. In addition to the item price, a refundable core deposit is charged (£40 per unit on our website; the deposit amount for eBay listings is shown on the individual listing). This deposit is not subject to VAT.
To have your deposit refunded, post your old/faulty unit back to us within 21 days of receiving your order, to:

Before posting your old unit back, please drain any residual fuel/oil as far as reasonably possible, wipe the exterior dry, and seal it in a plastic bag before boxing it - Royal Mail's terms don't permit posting items containing free-flowing fuel or oil.
Once we receive and verify your old unit, we refund the deposit to your original payment method within 7 business days. We cannot refund the deposit if the returned core is:
- Heavily corroded or rusted (housing or connectors),
- Disassembled or missing original components,
- Cracked, bent, or otherwise physically broken, or
- Sent with residual fuel/oil that causes the parcel to be rejected, delayed, or disposed of by the carrier.
If we haven't received your old unit within 21 days, we may treat the deposit as forfeited. This is separate from your statutory right to cancel (section 6) and your general right to return unused parts (section 7).
6. Your right to cancel (14 days)
If you're a consumer ordering online or by phone, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the item price (the core deposit is handled separately, per section 5, since it depends on the old unit being returned). To cancel, contact us using the details in section 1 before the 14 days are up, and send the item back to us in the condition you received it. This right does not affect your other rights, such as your right to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty.
You can inspect the item as you would in a shop, but if you handle it beyond what's needed to check it - in particular, fitting it to a vehicle and running it - we may deduct from your refund to reflect any reduction in its value. A returned part that shows signs of use (see section 7) will be assessed on the same basis.
7. Returns (unused parts)
Separately from the statutory 14-day right above, we accept returns of unused, unopened parts within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange the return.
Returned parts must be genuinely unused. We check every returned part for signs that it's been fitted and run, or fitted without proper decontamination beforehand - including dirt, fuel residue, contaminated or poor-quality fuel traces, or metal shavings from a failing pump. If we find any such signs, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
8. Warranty
Every reconditioned unit comes with a 12-month warranty, with no mileage limit, covering mechanical faults, plus a test-bench certification report. The warranty does not cover damage caused by fuel contamination, electrical faults, or incorrect fitting - please check for fuel contamination and fit a new fuel filter before installing your unit. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or acting negligently, but we're not responsible for any loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
